ExcelAI is an AI-powered add-in for Microsoft Excel that helps users automate formulas, analyze data, generate reports, and perform spreadsheet tasks using natural language. The service is provided by Bright Commerce Ltd (Company No. 16962136).
User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose
- You must not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the service
Subscriptions and Billing
ExcelAI offers monthly subscription plans. Payments are processed securely by Paddle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy.
Limitation of Liability
ExcelAI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Bright Commerce Ltd (Company No. 16962136) shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including but not limited to data loss or spreadsheet errors.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
